Managing CONFLICT

Almost every conflict contains within itself the seeds of success as well as the roots of failure. Conflict is a theme that has occupied the thinking of mankind more than any other. As we deal with conflict we may not find a treasure, but we improve the soil.

In this respect we deal with six different types of conflict, reflect the four most common sources of conflict, follow the five stages of conflict and find six ways to solve conflicts.

Managing CRISIS

Crisis is a turning point for better or worse. A decisive moment or crucial time. The Chinese symbol for the word „crisis“ called wei-ji is actually a combination of two words: „danger“ and „opportunity“.

As most Fortune500 CEOs see their companies at least somewhat vulnerable to crisis - we deal with the TOP eleven types of crisis. We identify four sources of crisis and also four stages of crisis. When it comes to crisis management we see three main ways to move forward.

Managing CHANGE

Change is the circle of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future. Three factors must be present for meaningful change to take place. Dissatisfaction with how things are now. Vision of what is possible. And first steps that can be taken towards the vision.

We see six reasons for change. On the other side eight main setbacks hinder change. To manage change we crystalized fifteen concrete  steps.
